HubOne Real Estate GmbH is registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a regulated firm and is subject to the RICS Rules of Conduct.

Complaints relating to our RICS-regulated activities may initially be submitted to us in writing at: info@hubone.de. We will review your complaint and respond within 10 working days with feedback or a proposed solution.

If our internal review does not lead to a solution that is satisfactory to you, we will, at the request of consumers, participate in a dispute resolution procedure before the following RICS-approved body:

Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board

Except in the cases set out below, we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG).

For complaints by consumers relating to our RICS-regulated activities, we participate in a dispute resolution procedure due to our RICS membership (§ 36 (1) no. 2 VSBG); the responsible body is named in the section “RICS Regulation and Complaints Procedure”.
