In Weiterstadt, around 4,000 sqm of the 9,000 sqm existing building was converted into modern production space, while approximately 5,000 sqm was demolished and rebuilt on the same scale. Together with the roughly 4,500 sqm office building at the front, Wingcopter GmbH was secured as a tenant for the existing space. Grieshaber Logistics Group took on the 10,000 sqm new-build for handling pharmaceutical products.
